Leading up to your wedding . . .
Our team will work with you throughout the planning process to get everything we need to make a set of stunning films of your day. We know all the right questions to ask and can provide you with some tips and tricks along the way to make your video (and your day) as amazing as can be.
We're more than happy to help you out with your timeline, and we will have multiple meetings before your wedding day to talk about what you're looking for to make sure we are on the same page.

We will send two talented videographers to be on-site with you all day. We pride ourselves on being fun to work with, our attention to detail, and consistent quality.

Post-Production
The wedding may be over for you, but the process has only just begun for us!
After the big day, your footage comes back to our own in-house editing team right here in Grand Rapids. We never outsource post-production because consistent quality is so important to us.
Our editors will work closely with our videographers to get direct insight into your day, and will meet with our wedding coordination team regularly to make sure your videos are going to hit all the feelings and vibes you're going for.
All this to say: we have a post-production powerhouse that will blow your mind with an incredible wedding video tailored to you.

Your Videos Delivered, On-Time!
Your videos are delivered to you via digital download and streaming links as soon as they're ready, and our talented team of editing pros ensures that our videos are delivered on-time, every time. Except for that one time we forgot to press "Send" and Gabrielle got her videos one day late—sorry Gabrielle.
We take our delivery dates very seriously, so seriously that we coded a bot to make lots of noise when delivery dates are getting close. We strive to make sure Gabby is the first and last client of ours to get their video even one day late.

They even send you the videos when they are finished editing them so you can tell them if you want to make any changes, which I was grateful for so I could make sure all of my favorite moments were included - and they were soooo patient and helpful with this
Revisions & Fine-Tuning
Your wedding films are an investment into your memories, so you shouldn't feel bad about wanting them to be as close to perfect as possible. For that reason, we don't just allow you to request revisions—we encourage it! Because we feel better knowing you're going to be happy watching your videos forever. Most revisions are included with All-Inclusive videography*.
*Reasonable revisions are included; we will generally consider changes that can be made in three hours or less reasonable. Music can not be changed after delivery.
Watch, Share, and Enjoy Forever
Once the videos are all done, we will provide you a link to watch or download online, and a flash drive is included for free! We'll also make your highlight available to share on social media if you choose. Your custom video page will always be available so you can relive those feelings 'till death do us part.
