Applicants are more overwhelmed with choice than ever before – how are you standing out?
We created this recruitment video with Pro Mow to help them get connected to qualified, driven applicants in a hiring culture that makes finding the right candidate increasingly difficult. To attract the right kind of future employee, we focused on showcasing their values and their team culture. We also worked with multiple key members of their team to show prospective newcomers that when it comes to a family atmosphere and adherence to core values, they’re more than just talk.
As a bonus, we were able to use b-roll and interview footage from an earlier project with them to save them some $$! It ain’t easy keeping all of our raw footage on file, but helping a motivated company find the qualified candidates they’re looking for makes it all worthwhile.
